I just saw this seemingly abandoned building as I was at the Tuguegarao Rizal Park.

I went near, just curious. Indeed it is an abandoned building...

Sayang. What a waste. This place is centrally located, and probably historic...

Oh, but it looks like there's going to be hope after all...

The tarpaulin is in the shadows, so let me read it for you...

REHABILITATION OF OLD PROVINCIAL JAIL "PROPOSED PROVINCIAL MUSEUM"
Aw, so yun naman pala! Well, this is a big piece of infrastructure. It can house a sizable enough trove of artifacts and historical mementos. Spacious. If this becomes a museum, it must be good. Let's wait and see. No dates mentioned eh!


Now, now... this "provincial jail" triggered something in my mind. I asked myself: so where is the provincial capitol anyway? Or even the new city hall? Yes, where are they?
