Circle Tripping Around The Country

Welcome back dear readers!

Here's another series of interconnected trips I have. Yes present-tense, because it's still happening now. Many acts, scenes & sceneries to wonder & ponder about again!

As usual, I am telling these to you, every end of each day!

The notable notes, nice views, fun & funny things, even the rantworthy matters do not only happen at our destination or destinations. We encounter them the moment we are out of our abodes, on our way there, all the way until we are back at home, right?

Right! So, I'm making this a blow-by-blow account. Aw sige, day-by-day na lang!

Ang daming pasakalye 'no?! O sya sya sige, let's hear my story!

This is another long jump around, that brings me to Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

If I am able to stick to "The Plan", it will go something like this: TAC-CEB connecting to CEB-MNL, where I will sleep at the Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport City (HIE Newport). I am actually here now, as I write this! EOD (End Of Day) na eh. O ha?!

Tomorrow, I will be flying MNL-CGY-CEB-CRK, and I will sleep at Clark.

The day after, I will fly CRK-EUQ (o, alam nyo ba saan yan?) with a bus land trip (first time din ito) to the "city of love" where I will be staying at Seda. Then, ILO-CEB-TAC.

What is a circle trip?

It is a Circle Trip, not a Return Trip. Yes, I learned those phrases from airline people. Return Trips are those that we normally call back-and-forth, like the MNL-DVO-MNL. Circle Trips are those that go around (in circles) - usually having three or even more destinations - before/until you the passenger returns to your place of origin. Ganun!

For those who can understand, this was my itinerary:

PR2239 TAC-CEB 1835H/1920H
                Q400 07A P2,512.00
PR1864 CEB-MNL 2030H/2145H
                A330 75K P3,475.00
PR2523 MNL-CGY 1110H/1235H
                A320 53A P7,073.00
PR2316 CGY-CEB 1505H/1550H
                Q400 04D P3,144.00
PR2833 CEB-CRK 1700H/1815H
                A320 51K P2,607.00
PR2205 CRK-EUQ 0600H/0720H
                Q400 06A P5,930.00
PR2385 ILO-CEB 1120H/1210H
                Q400 06D P3,637.00
PR2238 CEB-TAC 1730H/1815H
                Q400 04A P3,132.00

Do not be worried if you can't quite grasp what all those coded things mean. We will anyway have to talk about each of them in my series of stories, syempre plus more!

Hectic? Medyo. But I planned it, so I am up to it, and I'm not complaining!

Graphically it goes like this: [note: the 2 green arrows already happened today]
graphical representation of my circle trip TAC-CEB-MNL-CGY-CEB-CRK-EUQ-ILO-CEB-TAC
This circle trip starts with the 2 green arrows. They're followed by the 3 blue arrows. And then the red arrows. All via Philippine Airlines (PAL). Aww, say what you want to say, but honestly, when I need the assurance of timely flights, I do still go with PAL!

Aray ko mambo, juice-ko OMG what am I saying? I may have to "eat my words" here, because the 2nd green arrow (kanina lang) was delayed hehehe!

Kaya eto... past midnight na, as I write this first story of the series!

But all is still good, since my MNL-CGY flight is at 11:10AM pa naman later today!

For the curious, this series (of trips) is raket-related hehe. I won't be goin-to-see and roam touristy places. I am going to see faces! I need to talk to them, even if quickly.

Yes, tarbaho. Laman-bulsa ito, kaya pag-igihan hahaha! I am cooking up something. But in this day and age, many of my clients still do not like phone or video calls. Da!

I do expect, there'll be lots of things in this circle trip, that'll be worth sharing to you!

Hmm, okay let's start? Go rah!

But, maybe I should do that via the next article.

Wait for it, coming in a very short while!
