Good Afternoon Alona Beach
Let's continue from my previous story...
Noontime, meeting done. Walking back to my resort, I stopped here, because the views commanded! Those three photos are another "left-front-right" combination. A wonderful panorama, to say the least.
When I looked behind me, I realized I was in front of a restaurant (of a resort?) with "outdoor seating"!I sat at one of these tables by the door. Much as I wanted to have unperturbed views of the sea, I can't really sit on the first row tables (by the road) because it was noontime. Hello, pang-puti lang ang mga mesang yun hehe. Sila lang ang kaya magbilad sa araw on a tanghaling tapat no? Sa landong ra ko oi!
Not long after, a waiter approached, and I learned the name of the restaurant (and resort?) is Trudis.I took advantage of the time to have lunch while savouring the sea view (shhh, plus people watching)! The porkchops were good, although one order is not just for one person (as is common in restaurants along touristy places), thus, I had to force my stomach to receive them all! In short, gluttony nanaman!
1:45PM, back at my room's veranda, I couldn't help but do my left-center-right shots of the panorama. Oh, by the way, let me tell you that I do know there is a "panorama" option on my phone's camera, and I tried using it many times like here, here and here. But for very near but vast scenes, that choice is not good as the output image curves (concaves) which is not realistic. So I do the "left-center-right" shots.
Oh, just for fun, I made a "shorts" video on youtube using the above three pictures!
Anyway, with a full stomach, when you are sitting on breezy porch with fantastic views, and you do not make an effort to move (galaw-galaw naman), the next best thing that can happen (whether you like it or not) is: snooze, right? That is what happened to me after taking those left-center-right shots above!
Nakatulog sa veranda! Not on the spacious bed of the room a few steps away, but right on that porch that can be seen in full view by all the madlang people on earth and elsewhere! Surely naghilik pa yan!
5:12PM, pagka-gising, as if nothing happened, here's another "left-center-right" series of shots! The scenes were softer, more pleasing to the eyes, no need for sunglasses. More humans were down on the sand. A finer time to "people watch" and a lot more reason to silently giggle about this and that!
People watching? Ah there were many but I particularly liked watching (from afar) one sweeet couple Pictorial, aura, posing to the max.., ka-aliw si ate (todo bigay).., kawawa si kuya (kodaker lang) hehe!
But all was well din naman.., tingnan nyo naman ang ending nila... buti pa sila ano?
Samantala ang iba dyan sa tabi-tabi, pa-people-people-watching na lang, kasi ito lang ang kasama!Pag-pawisan man yan sa lamig, iyan pa rin ay lata! Haha tunay na masarap kasama... ang lata. Bow!
Wheh, tama na ang people-watching na yan! Nakakasira ng... ng... ng whatever!
At 6:15PM, the skies started to darken. The coconut lights were on.., yes, me ilaw ang "lubi", tan-awa!And the dog sits on the sand looking at where people come from.., as if waiting for me to show up?
And at 6:33PM, OMG tagal ko nang nakatunganga! Time to get up, wash up and hurry up for dinner!
Oh dinner was another story, so let's tackle that in my next entry!
