That Letter “R” Muddled Everything

Ah let us not bother about that "S" in "foods". Hindi sya ang topic. KJ lang sya!

But, surely we know the owners meant “bought” not “bRought”, right?! The pesky letter "R" just inserted itself there for the limelight hahaha! Ayaw patalo ke "S".

This is at a bakery cum eatery cum dry goods store just near (across) the public market in Tanauan, Leyte.

Oh well, typo error, the careless fingers of our times hehehe! Ooops, maybe I just meant "finger", sumali lang yan si S na yan! Whaahehehe!

This was still on my joyride from Calubian to Tacloban, we naturally had to pass by Carigara. This time we "stopped-to-shop" oh ha?! My driver promised his three lovely daughters that he would bring home some pasalubong from Carigara, thus the 'shopping'. He went (I followed) to only this roadside store.., Well, he's been a driver for so long a time, I cannot contest his knowledge on where to buy the best of these pasalubongs! THE BOULEVARD, Surigao City

Virtually everyone in Surigao City is related to this boulevard directly or indirectly! It's such a big thing , they even have a Surigao City Boulevard Development Program and a Surigao City Development Authority . I'm not joking. Those are for real. As in! Involved in it are not only their local politicians but also the chambers of commerce. What is it anyway? Foremost it's a 1.8 kilometer stretch of a highway along the seafront. The concrete pavement tells me it is still new. That is it! Walang basagan ng trip! It is an emulation (kumbaga sa Tagalog pa: gaya-gaya ) of Roxas Boulevard in Manila, or pwede rin Dumaguete’s Rizal Boulevard - and many other seafront boulevards. Aside from being a “park” for the residents, it is supposed to be an attraction in the city, showcasing whatever bla-blah-blah to attract tourists from everywhere on earth. Curious About "Hill 120"

Beautiful day. Beautiful view of the pacific as I approached Dulag from Tolosa. Before the town proper, I saw that brown marker telling me I was near (300 meters)... Hey you! Yes you! Do you even know what "Hill 120" is? What the "Hill" is it anyway?! For many non-Warays, this is unheard of, right? Yes, and this time, may I shamefully claim I am a non-Waray. Eh kesa naman I shamelessly claim that I am Waray tapos di ko man lang alam iyang Hill 120 na yan! Hahaha, yeah, I do not even remember if this thing was mentioned by Renato Constantino in our PHI textbook way back in college hehehe!
