This was another fun-flight-day. Meaning? Ah, another circuitous route from Point A to Point B. Yey! Much like how I flew into this new Bohol-Panglao International Airport (IATA Airport Code is still TAG ), my flight-out may look complicated. But we already expounded on that in a previous story , right? Yea! This first leg of the route was a "new to me" flight, a direct service on PAL from Panglao to Davao. Was I excited? "Very", to say the least! Why? Well, because this route is rather new. PAL started on this only in November 2017 with a 4x per week flight, then they made it once-a-day schedule since March 2018. Convenience both for international and domestic passengers who want to hop directly between these two tourist capitals -Bohol and Davao- without the need for backtracking to say, Cebu or even Manila. Strolling around the Mactan Marina Mall, I stumbled upon this restaurant that looked very upscale for its name - Zubuchon ! Oh and it was already 1836H, so, I told my royal highness "lechon! let's try this"! So I entered! I immediately remembered that it has been like ages since I last had Zubuchon. So GoRa! Wait! Did I say "upscale"? Yes I did, since all other branches I have been to, didn't at all look like this! Just look at the table setup and utensils, everything looks like a Chinese restaurant than a Zubuchon! But of course, the usual, and a favorite of many customers, the three sauces, are still ever present! Honestly, I don't even know the 3rd bottle. Left is vinegar (suka), middle is toyo (soy sauce) and what ? Then my Zubuchon came! This is my favorite set, the Boneless Lechon Fast Meal (it's a set meal). The funny thing tonight was: I enjoyed that monggo thing than the lechon itself hehe. It's really good. Anyway {burp} let

In my  earlier story I said "as always, let's start from the very beginning - my departure from Tacloban". This was it. Rare funny and fun! You see the long line of yellow umbrellas by the side of the building? Those were passengers walking to their yellow plane parked to the right of our PAL plane ready to go. They were walking on the tarmac, but were "driven away" and asked to walk by the side of the terminal because my PAL flight was ready to pushback. And I quickly txtd " alisin ang mga alipin sa daan, lilipad na ang aking kamahalan" ! The reply was " iroy "! Hahaha, one of those in yellow umbrellas was a friend I was earlier joking with as we waited for boarding - we weren't sure which of our planes would go first! Eh nauna kami heheheee! Oist!
