Vista Veranda Beach Resort

Image
It's a beach resort in San Jose De Buenavista, Antique. But I had no idea where the beach resorts in this town are. Well, we went to a beach then, but that was more than 2 decades ago. My priorities in those crazily-fun years were different. I didn't care where I was, I was busy enjoying activities with the pack! So, when I and my contacts agreed to meet, I said I wish we could gather at a resort with a nice cozy terrace or balcony, overlooking good views of a beach and the sea. It wasn't too random. I based that on the town's name: de buena vista which means of or with good views . I said, let this be a meeting of great people amid good views! They said that's easy as all their beach resorts are like that! One suggested we meet at this popular resort that just spruced-up its balcony with an already fantastic view. So, I went to find it, and this is it... Vista Veranda Beach Resort ! That is the veranda of one building, made like, and with the amb

Hotel Airport Hotel At Clark

So, I arrived at 9PM. Now what? Of course I had to look for somewhere to lay my royal highness for the night! I didn't have reservations, since from experience, there are always available hotels in Clark. There was this relatively unknown place though, that had been inviting my curiousity since this morning, while browsing on googlemaps. It is the nearest, but misplaced! You see my red question mark? That's what the map was telling me. But I knew, that it is not precise. I often pass by the area, it is just a wide parking lot. Maybe nearby? Oh by the way, we can't always trust the accuracy of what we see in google or other such maps, since those are added by just about anybody with an account, who may have inaccurate brains hehehe! What I trust at least is: it must be somewhre nearby! Like in the above map, I trusted that the airport hotel must be in that vicinity! In fact, the reason I went looking for it was: I could see (also on googlemaps), there were othe

From Resorts World To NAIA Terminal 2

This ride of only about 5 kilometers, took exactly 26 minutes. Yeah, that long! Ah yes, the world-famous Metro Manila traffic hahaha! Yet, I secretly wished for this ride to crawl a little bit slower! I wanted to see more. This was nostalgia time for me! Resorts World Manila and NAIA Terminal 3 Were Part of Villr Airbase How and why is that? Well, in my younger years, I often passed via this vicinity. This area we were departing-from was part of Villamor Airbase (earlier Nichols Airbase), until a big portion was expropriated in 1995 to become NAIA T3 and Resorts World . I do still remember many things here. For example, diagonally across HIE is PAFAM or the Philippine Air Force Aerospace Museum . It is technically just across the road. But I don't even know now, if one can go there by just crossing the road, as there are now three flyovers leading to, or from, various expressways and urbanities like BGC! Well, if you can cross from HIE (Holiday Inn Express) or
